Dear Scott: I can't believe that in three plus weeks something we needed for our home for 45 years was done in a beautiful and professional way. Through the years we have called countless companies, some local, some far away, some free, some with a fee, and all they said was no, we can't do it. You and your kindness and competence accomplished a seemingly impossible task, and we wanted you to know how much we appreciate it.

We couldn 't believe how fast Mark came out to give us an estimate even though it was Christmas Eve. He was so competent and reliable, and called us with the final estimate exactly when he said he would., which we have found these days is not the case

On January 5th, we have forgotten the name of the incredible installer, we think Mike, came and stayed until the job was done and was so professional and competent. You have outstanding people working for you. You see, the man who installed the ducts when we built our house, put them too far forward so that there was not enough room for the openers to be installed. Little did we know until we started to get them.

You didn't give up on us. We can't thank you enough for having the courage to take on the job, and we are grateful to Joel for calling you. Thank you so much because we were having so much trouble lifting the doors as we got older. As a teacher, I was lifting and shutting the doors several times a day, and getting out of the car to open the doors manually in the inclement weather, sometimes with groceries, was beginning to be a chore. You have made our lives so much easier

I am a very pleased customer of Garage Headquarters. My initial contact with your company was when I ran into my half-open wooden garage door with my roof rack in the middle of the winter. I immediately called Garage Headquarters and, within hours, there was a crew at my house repairing the old garage door. Your company also replaced the damaged hardware at a very reasonable price.

Shortly thereafter, I asked your company to replace my old wood doors with state-of-the-art insulated steel doors. The installation specialist arrived on time, and he was courteous and efficient. Within four hours, he had installed two beautiful, new insulated steel doors. And talk about quiet! I can barely hear the doors open and close now. I happened to mention to the technician that my external opener, mounted on the outside of the house, was unreliable and currently did not work. He took care of that in short order by installing an opener with remotes for each door. The doors and openers have worked flawlessly since installation.

I continue to recommend, without reservation, that anyone looking to install or replace garage doors call Garage Headquarters immediately for a top-rate service and products installed by professionals at a very fair price.

I'm writing to tell you how impressed I am with the customer service provided by the techs of Garage Headquarters!

I was contacted by Garage Headquarters for a tune up and scheduled it for Monday. I told the scheduler that I also had a keypad issue and trouble programming Homelink. A service person came to my home and looked over my door, said it looked new and proceeded to assist me with the Homelink and keypad issue. He did get the Homelink working after consulting with another technician on the phone. The technician on the other end of the phone was Mike Y and he offered to come to my home to resolve the problem ... Even though he was on a job in another town when called, within minutes he was at my door. He inspected my garage door's operation and lubricated all moving parts. He then re-programmed the keypad. Everything was fixed and all problems were solved in no time!!

I commend Mike for giving 110% to make sure customer service provided by GHQ exceeded my expectations! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous! GHQ is very lucky to have him on the job! Because of his efforts, I am a very happy customer!

I don't often write this soon after a visit from a service person, but in this case I am anxious to let you know how pleased I am with the work he performed and the overall pleasant experience it was having him here.
